First, most of the production enterprises are private enterprises, flexible operation, and the scale of investment is not large, basically between millions and 12 to 20 million yuan; Second, the geographical distribution of production enterprises is relatively concentrated, mainly distributed in Taizhou, Zhejiang province and Jintan, Jiangsu Province as the center of the area; Third, with the increasing attention of the state to environmental protection issues, the pressure of manufacturing enterprises to build environmental protection treatment facilities is increasing; Fourth, the product update speed is fast. After a product is generally on the market for 3 to 5 years, its profit margin will drop significantly, which forces enterprises to constantly develop new products or improve the production process in order to maintain a high production profit; Fifth, because the production profit of pharmaceutical intermediates is higher than that of chemical products, and the production process of the two is basically the same, more and more small chemical enterprises have joined the ranks of the production of pharmaceutical intermediates, resulting in increasingly fierce competition in the industry; Sixth, compared with apis, the production of intermediates has a low profit margin, and the production process of apis and pharmaceutical intermediates is similar, so some companies have not only produced intermediates, but also used their own advantages to produce apis.
