Application:

There are two applications of metal N,N'-Bis(salicylidene)-1,2-propanediamine CAS 94-91-7 in the oil refining industry.

(1) It is used to inhibit the catalytic effect of active metal ions (copper, iron, nickel, manganese, etc.) on the oxidation of oil products. Often used in gasoline, jet fuel, diesel and other light fuels, often combined with antioxidants, can improve the stability of the oil, to extend the storage period.
